Role: Media & Events Coordinator
Timeline: Jan 2023 – June 2025
The Challenge: A leading educational provider in the UAE needed a dedicated in-house media and events coordinator to produce high-quality multimedia content and manage their social media presence with a goal of increasing community engagement and brand awareness.
My Approach: As the sole in-house content producer, I was responsible for the end-to-end production of all multimedia content, including photography, videography, and graphic design. My role evolved to include full social media management, where I implemented a student-focused and community-centric content strategy, ensuring a consistent and visually appealing online presence.
The Results:My efforts led to a significant increase in social media performance across all platforms. On Instagram, my strategy led to a 102% increase in views and a 62% increase in reach. On Facebook, I achieved a 31.3% increase in reach and a remarkable 64.8% increase in content interaction. Additionally, my video content consistently outperformed standard posts, driving high engagement rates.

Role: Digital Marketing & Content Strategist
Timeline: October – November 2022
The Challenge: An e-commerce brand with seven sub-brands needed a cohesive digital marketing and content strategy to increase brand consistency and grow its social media presence in a key Middle Eastern market.
My Approach: I developed and executed an end-to-end content strategy, focusing on a product-centric yet lifestyle-driven creative direction. My role included creating content calendars, graphic design, and copywriting, while leveraging analytics to optimize performance. A key focus was using trending audio for Reels and ensuring brand consistency across all seven sub-brands.
The Results: The two-month project yielded significant results. I delivered a comprehensive brand bible and a large volume of content, including 16 Reels and 177 photos in a single month. This strategic approach led to 434 new followers and increased brand consistency. Most notably, the Reels strategy was highly successful, reaching 168% higher than previous metrics.
